Sgorr Dhearg

After a steep ascent from sea level I positioned myself just below the summit of Sgorr Dhonuill with the aim of photographing the neighbouring peak of Sgorr Dhearg. Standing high above the vast corrie of Gleann a' Chaolais, I was able to clearly see the great whale-back of Ben Nevis along with the compact Mamores group providing the perfect background in the evening light.
