Garbh Beinn
Ardgour, Scottish Landscape Photography
Garbh Beinn is seen by many from the main road that leads to Fort William. It rises majestically from the shores of Loch Linnhe to a height of 885 metres/2,903 feet, qualifying it for Corbett status. This image was made from the head of Loch Leven, where it appears to sit isolated from the mainland. Although it is part of the principal landmass it is seldom visited by climbers.
