Loch Maree

Amongst the many beautiful islands of Loch Maree, Isle Maree is perhaps one of the more interesting. Located near to the northern shore, this tiny enclave is home to some wonderful history spanning back to the eighth century. Many remains can still be found today, including a chapel, a graveyard and a holy well.
