Loch Maree. Hasselblad 30mm. October 2008.
The imposing tower buttress of Slioch is arguably one of Scotland’s most photogenic mountains. It dominates the shore of Loch Maree where it sits isolated and appears to be almost impenetrable from all sides. Fortunately access is relatively easy by means of a well trodden path that cuts through a vast and hidden corrie on the east side of this iconic mountain.
