Lochan An Ais
Inverpolly, Hasselblad XPan 45mm. May 2016.
From the thinnest slither of clear sky comes the most intense burst of light imaginable. These wonderful moments are rare in the landscape and I had to concentrate hard in order to capture the event. Fortunately, I had some film preloaded which spared enough time for me to set up and capture the dying light of the setting sun. As the rain poured down I could think of no better conditions to show the unmistakable profile of these unique mountains of the North West.
