Amongst the blanket bog and moorland of Inverpolly lies the rugged shoreline of Loch Sionascaig. Its deep freshwater basin is fed by the numerous streams and falls collected from the slopes of Cùl Mòr, Cùl Beag and Stac Pollaidh, and it is reputed to be one of the best trout lochs in the Highlands.
