Loch Eil

As I sat on the silent shores of Loch Eil waiting for some cloud to form my attention was grabbed from behind by the sound of splashing water. I turned around slowly to observe an Otter feeding on small crabs amongst the kelp. This wonderful sight was sufficiently far away that I did not disturb the otter. Fortunately for me the otter’s movements did not upset the perfectly still water as it reflected the rugged mountains of Glenfinnan.
