Knoydart Sunrise

Midsummer sunrise from Ladhar Bheinn. A magnificent mountain on Scotland’s western seaboard, its remote position enjoys superb views in every direction. This image was shot practically from the front porch of my tent pitched high above the vast Coire Dhorrcail, my reward for the previous day’s hard work.
