After a long wait for the right weather window I finally found myself deep in Knoydart witnessing a spectacular summer sunrise. To add to the atmosphere a significant cloud inversion had developed overnight to cover much of Lochaber and as the Sun rose it illuminated the peaks of this remote peninsular in the most wonderful light.
