Stirlingshire. Hasselblad 30mm. October 2010.
One of Scotland’s more accessible beauty spots, Loch Katrine is a popular destination for walkers and cyclists and is famously home to the steamship Sir Walter Scott. Having arrived at the summit of Ben A’an well before dawn, I watched the early morning mist ebb and flow down the length of the loch. As the Sun rose into a milky sky I was eager to make the photograph with this wonderful addition before it dissipated into the cold October air.
